Our hair extensions are all FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation, therefore we do not process refunds. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at info@shophairboss.com within 7 business days. If your item is defective, we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn or damaged. Hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in any way. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and the return shipping MUST have a tracking number. The tracking number needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

After order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally, shipping takes about 5-14 days. When your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for shipment lost in transit, carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
